| Daren teaches voice, specializing as a vocal technician for private lessons and clinics. In addition to current popular music, he also performs Opera, Oratorio, Operetta, English Song, Broadway, Musical Theatre, and has a particular interest in the music of the 1920’s, ‘30’s, and ‘40’s.Daren encourages his students to improve range, build stamina, use correct technique, and tune pitch acurately in order to achieve their personal best. He is experienced in motivating students of all ages. Whether developing a curriculum for Montessori school or co-producing the recent "It''s Delovely", Daren brings a great joy to his work.He has performed in settings from the Orillia Opera House to the Staffordshire Opera, Preston Opera Company, specializing in Gilbert and Sullivan, Savoy Operas, and Broadway Musicals. He has also sung with numerous choral societies, churches and is also a solo entertainer. |
